London-based travel management company Baxter Hoare has purchased St Albans-based Pressman Travel.

Pressplan specialises in travel for the events and exhibition market as well as business travel. All of its team will relocate to Baxter Hoare’s London Bridge premises.

Commenting on the acquisition Adam White, managing director Baxter Hoare said: “This is exciting news for both our customers and our staff as not only will it enable us to offer a wider range of products and services to customers but it will give our staff greater career development opportunities to grow as the business continues to expand rapidly.”
