Key Travel is to partner with FairFX to provide prepaid foreign exchange cards for its not-for-profit clients.
Funds can be loaded remotely onto cards and can then be topped-up and tracked using a simple web-based platform. The system will allow client organisations to manage and monitor employees’ expenditure on a real-time basis.
FairFX’s standard £5 card fee and £250 management fee will be waived for Key Travel’s clients.
Steve Summers, chief executive officer of Key Travel, said: “Our customers want an easy-to-manage expenses solution, together with value for money and convenience, something we are now able to provide through our partnership with FairFX. We are excited to offer this new service which underlines our commitment to offering the most attractive and cost effective travel service to our not-for-profit clients.”
Key Travel specialises in the not-for-profit sector and has many clients in the charity, religious and academic sectors.
