Air France names new CEO

Air France has appointed Alexandre de Juniac as chairman and CEO with immediate effect, taking over from Jean-Cyril Spinetta.
49-year-old de Juniac is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique de Paris and the Ecole Nationale de l’Administration and has had a nine-year career at aviation company Thales and has been since 2009, private secretary to Christine Lagarde, France’s Minister for the Economy, Industry and Employment.
