GetThere adds benchmarking tools

Online booking tool provider GetThere has added benchmarking of supplier and traveller compliance and advance purchase metrics to its offering.
The enhancements mean organisations using the tool will be able to compare their own travel programmes to others in the same industry.
Deborah Mahoney, director of specialty services for GetThere, said, “Our benchmarking approach is unique because it gives companies a “best in class” goal to reach, as well as offering an interactive means to drill into the details across all business segments. It also spans multiple GDS sources and multiple TMCs.”
The benchmarking data is available via an interactive dashboard with views by geography including global, regional and city views, by industry segment and organisation size.
